The individual will work with both customers and development teams to transform functional requirements into technological solutions. This role requires advanced knowledge of the technology framework supporting the product and the ability to advise both functional and technical teams in product decisions. The candidate will need a solid understanding of software product implementation, project management, problem management, quality assurance, and software version control, and will interact with cross-functional teams where system interfaces occur. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a liaison between customers and development resources to translate business needs into technology solutions. Evaluate and guide both functional and technical teams on decisions for products supporting key business processes. Facilitate user group meetings and provide insights during project execution. Manage project deliverables using a structured project development methodology. Ensure high-quality standards through problem management, quality assurance, and software version control processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system interface activities. No direct reports; works independently and reports to a manager. Required Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Experience : 3-5 years of experience in system analysis, project management, or business/functional area knowledge. Required Technical Skills: SQL : Ability to write queries, analyze data, and understand relational databases. Excel : Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets. APIs : Understanding of APIs and data flows between different systems (Mobile, Web, POS). Required Soft Skills: Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interfacing with cross-functional teams and explaining complex ideas. Analytical Thinking : Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technology solutions. Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables. Desired Skills: Familiarity with mobile, web, and POS systems. Experience in problem management and issue resolution. Knowledge of quality assurance processes and software version control.
