| From: Vijay, 3ktechnologies [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: SRE Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite) Contract Detailed Job Description: - Design, build, and maintain scalable and resilient infrastructure using best practices and modern technologies. - Develop and implement automation tools and processes to improve efficiency and reliability. - Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to ensure high availability. - Drive Major incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes to prevent recurrence. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure new features and services are designed with reliability in mind. - Create and maintain documentation related to system architecture, processes, and procedures. - Participate in on-call rotations and provide support during critical incidents. - Perform capacity planning and forecasting to ensure systems can handle future growth. - Advocate for best practices in reliability engineering and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. - Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role. - Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) - Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or Go. - Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Splunk , AppDynamics). - Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP). - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
