Experience with Service Now ITSM and ITAM suite of applications. . Experience working in an Agile software development and Software quality assurance environment. . Experience with Manual and Automation testing preferably Selenium and ATF (Service Now Automated Test Framework) . Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. . Bachelor's degree in related field. Responsibilities: . Create and maintain test cases/scripts for manual and automation testing .
