KPI (FORMALLY MOM DEVELOPER) Mendix Developer - Remote - Contact Client location - Greensboro, NC MUST BE A MENDIX DEVELOPER Coding Experience- C# Mendix Experience Full Stack-UI/UX- Front-end and Back-end experience User focused not just on machines. UAT-User acceptance testing experience. SIEMENS OPCENTER EXPERIENCE, MOST IMPORTANTLY: Op Center Execution Op Center Connect Op Center Intelligence The Mendix Developer plays a crucial role in developing and supporting MES/MOM and SCADA solutions using Mendix. This role is responsible for driving and leading activities such as gathering requirements, authoring, testing, implementing, and utilizing MES/MOM systems. The Mendix Developer collaborates closely with the MES Manager, Solutions Architect, Client Account Executive, Project Manager, and Technical Lead to ensure efficient support, development, delivery, and scalability of solutions. Responsibilities: Establish standards for system functionality, quality, and design constraints to meet operational requirements. Create detailed technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, API documentation, and user manuals. Design and implement new features and functionality using Mendix as defined by the product owner. Guide the implementation of operating systems, network configurations, and software applications as part of the Mendix-based solution. Provide training to users on the operation and maintenance of Mendix-based systems. Engage in ongoing maintenance activities, including software upgrades and troubleshooting. Perform code reviews and system analyses to ensure Mendix applications' functionality, stability, scalability, and security. Deliver all assigned tasks on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in Mendix development, MES/MOM, and SCADA to offer innovative solutions to clients. Technical Support and Development Tasks Related to: Mendix development for Siemens Products such as Op Center Execution, Op Center Connect, Op Center Intelligence, Siemens Digital Logistics, Op Center Intraplant Logistics, Opcenter Advanced planning and logistics, Opcenter RD&L, Plant Simulation. Xcelerator Share and Xcelerator Quality integration with Mendix. Requirements Minimum qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in solution architecture, particularly with MES/MOM and SCADA systems. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Excellent problem-solving abilities and creative thinking for complex challenges. Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments. Keen attention to detail with a focus on delivering fully functional and high-quality solutions. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. A strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability. A driven, enthusiastic approach, with a commitment to success and quality. Preferred qualifications: Specialized certifications in areas like systems architecture and project management Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies. Prior experience in the manufacturing or data center sectors. Familiarity with specific industry challenges and best practices in MES/MOM and SCADA implementations.
