Data and BI Understanding : High-level understanding of the Data and BI landscape, specifically Databricks and Power BI, to handle discussions and drive demos. SQL : Understanding of SQL and Data analysis skill is mandatory Project Management : Ability to track project milestones, resolve functional and technical blockers, and manage timelines. Power BI Demos : Ability to conduct Power BI report demos, gather feedback, and collaborate with the offshore team to make necessary adjustments. Onshore-Offshore Model Experience : Prior experience working in an onshore-offshore model across two time zones. Program Management : Proven experience in managing multiple Data and BI projects. Agile Methodology : Strong experience with Agile methodology and ability to manage projects within an Agile framework. Industry Experience : Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
