| Position : IAM Engineer Location : Bellevue WA (day 1 Onsite) Duration : 6+months Responsibilities User Account and Service Principal Management o Assist in the provisioning, de-provisioning, and modification of user accounts and service principals across various systems and applications. o Perform routine checks and updates on user accounts and service principals access permissions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Access Requests o Process and manage access requests through the organizations ticketing system. o Verify and validate user access needs, ensuring appropriate levels of access are granted based on job requirements. Incident Management o Respond to and resolve basic identity and access-related issues, such as login problems, access denials, and permission errors. o Escalate more complex issues to the IAM Tier 2 team as needed. System Monitoring and Reporting o Monitor IAM systems for potential issues, unauthorized access attempts, and anomalies. o Generate and review reports on user access and account activities. Compliance and Security o Assist in enforcing IAM policies and procedures to maintain compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements. o Participate in routine audits and security reviews as required. o Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to support a cohesive security posture. Documentation and Communication o Maintain accurate records and documentation related to user access and identity management processes. Truveta General o Communicate effectively with end-users and internal teams to provide support and resolve access-related issues. Key Qualifications The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to Computer Science, Information Security and Information Systems. 1-2 years of experience in an IAM environment with a focus on Azure or related cloud cybersecurity areas. Familiarity with Azure cloud, services, architectures, and security features are strongly preferred. Familiarity with Azure Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), RBAC and IAM tools are strongly preferred. Good written, verbal communication and customer facing skills.
