| From: Anubhav Verma, Technocraft solution [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: Senior INFOR M3 Consultant Duration of Assignment: 6-12 month contract (conversion or extension) Job/Location: Remote Position Summary: Senior INFOR M3 Consultant will be responsible for Infor M3 Cloud ,TMS API integration ( UPS and FedEx )and configuration of "TMS" Transport Management Systems and applications running on various operating systems and associated subsystems in test and production servers/environments. This position will provide customers with the implementation of Infor M3 TMS modules. The Senior Consultant leads all phases of the project execution including requirements gathering, design, application configuration, gap analysis, business process testing, user education and business communication. Qualifications: The preferred candidate will have a College degree in Information Technology or Computer related field. 10-12 years of functional experience in INFOR M3 software business applications in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Discrete Manufacturing processes. INFOR M3 Cloud suite Application Certifications highly desired. Food and Beverage and Logistics Responsibilities & Skills expected : Candidate should have 10 years of experience in Infor M3 2 full cycle M3 implementation on latest versions (v 13 onwards) B Cloud suite (Multi-tenant) is desirable Conduct user interviews, plant/office tours, process reviews, meetings, workshops for full understanding of business requirements. In-depth understanding of M3 Sales Module and functionalities like Bill of Materials, Master data, Pricing & discounting, Bonus & Commission, Customer order processing / Configuration, Batch Entry processing / configuration, Invoicing, Cash desk & POS configuration, Procurement, Supply Chain execution and fundamentals of MFG and MRP Understand customer specific requirements and M3 standard features in the various M3 management modules. Provide in-depth gap analysis documents especially in legal, regulation, taxation and reporting needs. Providing Infor M3 functional specifications based on business requirements or providing the combined functional and technical specifications. Provide additional M3 configurations and /or refine the existing application configurations. Work with the project manager, tech lead, solution architect and technical designers for finding the best possible solutions. Focus on process improvement. Manage and contain the functional scope in all configured areas. Build prototype solutions for user validation. Performing unit test prior to the solution delivery. Provide process and solution testing. Assist users in pilot testing scenarios and testing activities. Provide quality assurance in user testing results. Executing project activities in accordance with the project plan, by the specified dates, by acceptable quality standards and by the specific budget. Ability to support/work in a multi-user/multi-client environment on different platforms. Knowledge of tools, techniques and good practices for protecting the integrity of corporate data and processing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Leverage Digital and Remote Working options. Establish, execute and monitor implementation plan within Infor M3 suite or technology. Develop functional/technical solution & configuration that matches client requirements and design specifications . Work within project teams to help create custom software applications to address client business needs . Assist Infor customers with successful implementations of Infor solution suites with the M3 ERP solution as the foundation both in the cloud and on premise. Act in a consulting role on assigned projects. Provide in depth application and business consultation in targeted processes.
