Develop backend services and APIs using Ruby on Rails. Integrate Kafka into Ruby on Rails applications. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks in Kafka and Ruby on Rails applications. Implement caching and other strategies to improve response times. Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
