Installation and Setup: Install, configure, and test audio, video, and collaborationequipment including projectors, screens, microphones, speakers,cameras, and conferencing systems. Ensure all AV equipment is properly connected and integrated withexisting IT infrastructure.2. Maintenance and Support: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of AV systems toensure optimal performance. Respond to and resolve technical issues related to AV equipment ina timely manner. Provide on-site and remote support for AV-related incidents andservice requests.3. User Training and Assistance: Conduct training sessions for end-users on how to operate AVequipment and collaboration tools. Create and maintain user guides and documentation for AVsystems.4. Event Support: Provide technical support for meetings, conferences, webinars, andother events, ensuring seamless AV integration. Coordinate with event organizers to understand requirements andprovide appropriate AV solutions.5. Project Management: Assist with planning and execution of AV projects, includingupgrades and new installations.6. System Integration: Integrate AV systems with other communication and IT systems toenhance collaboration and productivity. Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and recommendimprovements or upgrades as needed.7. Collaboration with AV Engineer: Work closely with the AV Engineer to design and implement AVsolutions that meet organizational needs. Assist the AV Engineer in troubleshooting complex AV issues anddeveloping innovative solutions.
