Job Title: Technical Project Manager Location: Mountain View, CA - Day one onsite (Please submit candidate who are local or canidates who are willing to do day one onsite) Duration: 6+ Months One of our clients is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and manage the execution of IT projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT standard applications, strong experience in stakeholder interaction, and a robust technical background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other front-end framework technologies. If you have a proven track record in project management and a passion for technology, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: 1. Stakeholder Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the project team. Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and discuss project progress. Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and that project deliverables align with business objectives. Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable project plans and technical specifications. 2. Project Management: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and address any issues that arise. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are of high quality. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management. 3. Technical Expertise: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting. Manage AEM-related projects, ensuring that technical solutions are delivered effectively and efficiently. OR Front-End Frameworks (React, Vue.js) - Leverage experience in front-end technologies such as React and Vue.js to support project development and troubleshooting. - Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure integration with back-end systems and adherence to best practices. 4. Debugging and Analysis: Debug and analyze IT standard applications to resolve technical issues and improve performance. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure that applications meet functional and technical requirements. Utilize diagnostic tools and methodologies to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in project management or relevant technologies are a plus. Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role, with a focus on managing IT projects and interacting with stakeholders. Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other front-end framework technologies. Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js is highly desirable. - Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
