Role: RH Ansible Automation Platform Sr Consultant Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience working with the Ansible Automation Platform or related technologies. Proven experience in Ansible Automation Platform installation, configuration, and administration. Strong proficiency in Ansible Playbooks, roles, and modules development. Expertise in designing scalable automation solutions using Ansible Automation Platform. Experience in automating tasks across infrastructure, networking, and applications. Solid understanding of Linux systems administration, including security and networking concepts. Conducting workshops and/or informal mentoring discussions to facilitate a common baseline understanding of: Identifying stakeholders and establishing key project contributors and roles Analyzing current business objectives and key aspects of the environment Identifying candidates for initial automation efforts, impacts, and stakeholders Discovering dependencies and designing a strategy to incorporate automation into larger business workflows Discovering communication pathways and how Ansible will communicate securely within the environments Establishing ways of creating and maintaining automation code, incorporating good practices from Red Hat experiences and other established tools and processes Identifying security and compliance standards required for Ansible Automation Platform and measures to be taken to conform or mitigate concerns Reviewing, revising, and documenting: Specific automation use cases, including stakeholders, developers, and define minimum viable products to work towards Backlog of tasks to be completed during the foundation increment in support of delivering a minimum viable product (MVP) as discovered and defined by preceding workshops.
