Conduct thorough requirements analysis to identify potential challenges and propose effective solutions. Develop detailed requirement specifications and documentation. Project Design: Design and develop robust Actimize solutions that meet project objectives and adhere to best practices. Create architectural diagrams and design documents to effectively communicate project plans. Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient implementation of design specifications. Delivery Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to deployment and maintenance. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables within budget constraints. Technical Expertise: Proficient in Actimize development, including rule creation, workflow configuration, and integration with other systems. Strong programming skills in Java, with a deep understanding of object-oriented principles. Experience working with various database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server). Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts. Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in Actimize development and project management. Actimize certification is a strong advantage.
