As a Power Platform Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and managing governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to data loss prevention policies, and providing technical guidance to citizen developers and IT teams.Key Responsibilities Governance Framework Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive governance frameworks for our Power Platform environment, aligning with organizational policies and industry best practices. Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with data loss prevention (DLP) policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Platform Management: Manage Power Platform environments, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related tools, to optimize performance and maintain stability. User and License Management: Oversee user, license, and capacity management within our cloud-based environment to ensure efficient resource allocation. App Lifecycle Management: Implement and manage app lifecycle management processes, including source control, to maintain code quality and facilitate updates. Power Platform CoE Toolset: Leverage the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolset to streamline governance, development, and management processes. Operational Activities: Support platform operational activities such as monitoring, alerting, and object management to ensure optimal performance. Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to citizen developers and IT teams, helping them effectively utilize Power Platform capabilities. Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot complex platform issues, implementing solutions to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives and promote the effective use of Power Platform.Qualifications Proven experience in implementing governance frameworks for enterprise-scale Power Platform environments. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Strong understanding of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and security management within Power Platform. Experience in user, license, and capacity management within a cloud-based environment. Knowledge of app lifecycle management, source control, and best practices for Power Platform development. Experience working with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolset. Familiarity with platform operational activities such as monitoring, alerting, and object management. Expertise in governance frameworks, security, and compliance requirements for Power Platform. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex platform issues. Ability to collaborate with and provide technical guidance to citizen developers and IT teams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise recommendations and technical advice.
