Role ServiceNow Admin Location Mclean, VA/Plano, TX (day one onsite, 3 days onsite in a week) The ServiceNow Platform Administrator will demonstrate skills in areas for the Operational support, Incident/problem resolution, documentation, and technical support of the ServiceNow platform. This position will focus on supporting the ServiceNow platform and administrative activities. Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow system, including making approved changes to forms, tables, reports, configuration changes and workflows. Support Upgrade activities implement new solutions in ServiceNow to meet customer requirements. Troubleshoot problems, implement bug fixes, and perform root cause analysis. Assist with upgrade planning, testing, and implementation between development and production instances, Integrations, Mid server installation and maintenance. This role will require a strong knowledge and hands on experience of the IT Service Management Modules and Automation Workflows and also requires a strong architectural knowledge of the Service Now platform and Infrastructure. Extensive knowledge of administering ServiceNow, Mid servers and Integrations. Experience and working knowledge with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM, SAMPro, APM, CSDM, CMDB modules SNOW ITOM Architect Location: Plano TX/Mclean VA(day one onsite, 3 days onsite in a week) Must Have Experience Solutioning and Design the ITOM solution using industry best practices. Advise, design and configure integration solutions between ServiceNow and other CMDB tools. Experience with CMDB design, architecture and implementations with a fair understanding of ServiceNow CMDB model and extensions Hands-on development to include creation, configuration and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, probe, sensors and Event rules Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with a variety of enterprise monitoring tools, automation of alerts, application management tools using OOB plugins and API methods Experienced in implementation on ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt and Orchestration use cases. 3rd party software integrations with ServiceNow Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs and more. MID Server management experience Experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow instances.
