Consulting Experience: Prior role as a consultant in a consulting practice, with experience facilitating discovery workshops and leading technical teams. Skills: Transitioning Expertise: Proven ability to advise on and manage transitions from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2012 to newer solutions. Client Relationship Management: Experience in building positive client relationships, understanding their business processes, and providing analytical recommendations for smooth transitions. Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Strong background in gathering business requirements, performing business process analysis, and identifying areas for improvement and transition. Technical Proficiency: Configuration & Customization: Experience with configuring Microsoft CRM modules including Sales, Call Center, and possibly Marketing. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with .NET Frameworks, C#, ASP.NET, SQL, XML Technologies, and Web Services. Integration Experience: Experience with integration development, Microsoft CRM API usage, and knowledge of tools like Scribe Insight is preferred. Additional Knowledge: Microsoft Products: Working knowledge of Win2003K Advanced Server, SQL Server 2008/2012, SharePoint Portal Server 2012, Office Systems, ASP, COM, VB, TCP/IP, and Active Directory. Portal and BI Tools: Knowledge of Adxstudio, Dynamics CRM 2012 Portals, and Business Intelligence tools. Communication Skills: Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver presentations to all levels of management, explaining phase down strategies and benefits. Training: Ability to adapt to different end-user learning styles and provide effective training during the transition. Certifications & Education: Certifications: Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related technologies are beneficial. Education: A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems).Ideal Candidate Profile: Professional Background: A consultant with 3-5 years of experience specifically in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ideally with a focus on transitioning from CRM 2012 to newer systems. Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring and customizing CRM modules, integration development, and knowledge of .NET and related technologies.
