Must-Have Skills/Background: Scaled Agile Framework Few years of Scrum Master under their belt Would like certifications CSM, Certified Safe Practitioner Need to have the ability to come right in, learn the space and business part of it, but be a really confident SM Additional Notes: Scrum Master Why the need: Retail Technology Space D2C Ecommerce- agile release train with 10 teams-- all Software Development teams to support sites Retail Technology Supports all of their in store technology POS Merchandising Enterprise Systems within the stores Agile Release train 5 teams This need is replacing Kristin Scoppaletti-- lead within this space Her and 2 other SM's are overseeing this team ( want her to focus on Agile Coach role instead) Need: Replace Kristin for 1 team currently, may oversee a team eventually ERP team is the one shed be replacing Managing the systems that support overall ERP broadly Merchandising Rolling out any/all stores Have a number of new stores, rolling out across the globe May also take on a new team called Market Expansion Could take over this team or have another SM here Very familiar with Scaled Agile Framework Epic and story and backlog refinement In the middle of a PI right now Sr. resource Initiatives: Endless aisle-- across the globe Team also has a full backlog of their work Setting up ceremonies, facilitation of ceremonies across the team Familiarity within the ERP space This is more support of a larger ERP system Experience in retail overall would be really beneficial here POS is also beneficial here If they don't have retail but they are a very good SM Non-traditional Agile Release Train Not a Software release train All the people are product folks, configuration, other types of roles-- not Software Developers POS and Order Management systems They do all the testing/development of the system, based on the role NEED: Scaled Agile Framework Few years of Scrum Master under their belt Would like certifications CSM, Certified Safe Practitioner Need to have the ability to come right in, learn the space and business part of it, but be a really confident SM Team: Retail Technology This team is about the same size as any traditional team 3-8 folks Soft Skills: Look for people that can relate at any level of the organization-- team members, senior leaders, need to be able to do this and communicate effectively Be able to step in, at any point, at any level, status, dependencies Laid back in the sense, open and honest and up front, value.
