Key Responsibilities: Develop and design robust .NET solutions using .NET Core. Lead and manage development teams, including offshore teams, ensuring effective collaboration and project delivery. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Qualifications: 12 to 20 years of experience in .NET development. Expertise in .NET Core. Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams, including offshore teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
