Need 7 years of experience in web development technologies including HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS. Need 7 years of experience with Oracle databases, including design and PL/SQL coding. Need 7 years of experience with SOA application integration, including development of .NET web services and API integration. Need 6 years of experience with version control and CI/CD using Team Foundation Server and GitLab. Need 6 years of experience collaborating with UI/UX teams, Business Analysts, Architects, and Project Managers. Need 2 years of experience working with healthcare data under HIPAA compliance and standards such as HL7 and FHIR. Need 2 years of experience with user provisioning and authentication technologies like OKTA, LDAP, RSA, and Access Manager. Preferred Skills: Strong understanding of healthcare data regulations and standards. Proficiency in managing and securing sensitive healthcare information. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Visual Studio with a focus on C#, ASP.NET, and Web API for n-tier web deployment. Design and implement web applications utilizing HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Manage and optimize Oracle databases including database design, PL/SQL coding, and development of stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, and views. Integrate applications using Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles, including development of secure .NET web services with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP/Restful APIs, and message/queue processing. Experience with dynamic link libraries and Enterprise Service Bus is essential. Utilize Team Foundation Server and GitLab for source code management and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. Work closely with UI/UX teams, Business Analysts, Architects, and Project Managers to define requirements, timelines, and project deliverables. Develop and maintain applications that handle Health Care data, ensuring compliance with HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI), and standards such as HL7 and FHIR. Implement user provisioning, authentication, and authorization mechanisms using technologies such as OKTA, LDAP, RSA, and Access Manager.
