| Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Location: (Remote) Interview Mode: Phone and Skype Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, specifically Core HR, Absence Management, and Recruitment, and has a proven track record working on state-level projects. Key Responsibilities: Oracle HCM Cloud Expertise: Provide expert-level consultation and support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Absence Management, and Recruitment. Configure and optimize HCM Cloud modules to meet business requirements. Project Involvement: Lead and participate in state-level projects, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to project timelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities. Client Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, offering strategic guidance and technical expertise. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing insights and recommendations to enhance their HCM systems. Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and client teams. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud modules. Identify and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud functional consulting with in-depth knowledge of Core HR, Absence Management, and Recruitment modules. At least 1-2 years of experience working on state-level projects is a must. Skills: Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, configuration, and integration. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proven ability to manage and deliver projects effectively within tight deadlines. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud are preferred. Additional Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
