Job: Quality Assurance Analyst- junior Work Mode: 100% onsite in Montgomery, Alabama (No remote work) Location: Montgomery, AL Contract Duration: Long-term contract, with potential for renewal each fiscal year Must have Skills: Cypress JS, NVDA, JAWS, Adobe Read Aloud, WAVE, ScreenRec MS Team Foundation Server (TFS), MS SQL Server, MS Power Apps, Amazon AWS, Amazon S3 Cypress JS, TFS, MS Power Apps, public sector, enterprise-level solutions Responsibilities: Testing: Conduct manual and automated testing, create test data, document results, and ensure systems meet requirements. Performance: Perform volume, load, and stress testing to identify and address system bottlenecks. Documentation: Review and develop test plans, scripts, and methodology documentation. Collaboration: Work with DHR, vendors, and partner agencies to maintain system integrity and support user testing. Customer Service: Provide professional service to DHR employees, agencies, vendors, and the public, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
