| Job Description: DevOps Engineer V Location: Charlotte, NC/Hybrid Duration: 3- 4 Months Share Resumes at [email protected] Description: Cloud Technical Lead We are seeking an experienced Cloud Technical Lead to join the Cloud Platform Team. The candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of cloud-based solutions that drive innovation and operational efficiency across the organization. The candidate should be a proven leader with a track record of successfully implementing cloud-based systems to help secure and manage an enterprise cloud platform. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement cloud-native solutions on Amazon Web Services with a focus on security and compliance Research and recommend new solutions based on the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices Provide technical leadership and guidance to fellow team members Aid in implementation of monitoring and collection of metrics to enhance visibility & implement alerting to enhance service reliability Participate in an agile delivery process Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Preferred experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab Cloud Technical Lead: AWS - Expert knowledge of application and AWS (cloud) Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services including ECS, Lambda, RDS, IAM, and DynamoDB (AWS Certification Preferred); Terraform certification preferred, Python, Experience implementing AWS IAM least-privilege solutions at an enterprise scale. Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, collaborative team player, self-starter who will take initiative, able to manage bodies of work not just tasks oriented. Able to provide strategy and vision and present and endorse/champion with stakeholders. Able to mentor and coach junior team members, able to review others code and provide feedback.
