The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and possess in-depth knowledge of NetSuite functionalities, including scripting and workflow configurations. This role requires a professional who is capable of conducting comprehensive end-to-end testing to ensure seamless system performance. Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and optimization of NetSuite, specifically focusing on the Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite scripts and workflows to enhance business processes. Conduct end-to-end testing to validate system functionality and performance. Provide functional expertise and guidance on NetSuite capabilities and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite configurations and customization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into system implementations. Prepare and deliver training to users on NetSuite functionalities as needed. Requirements: Proven expertise in NetSuite ERP, with a specific focus on Order-to-Cash processes. Strong experience in scripting and creating workflows within NetSuite. Ability to perform comprehensive end-to-end system testing.
