Required Qualifications: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide projects in the oil and gas sector, from exploration to distribution. Coordinate cross-functional teams across different oil and gas value chain segments to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with Agile teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively, leveraging Agile methodologies and principles. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership and regulatory authorities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies, leveraging industry best practices and lessons learned from previous projects. Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations, standards, and guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field; PMP certification. Proven experience of 6-8 years managing complex, cross-functional projects in the oil and gas industry, with a strong understanding of industry-specific operations and processes. Experience working with Agile teams and familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Cybersecurity experience is a plus, with knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and standards applicable to the oil and gas industry. Proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar project management and collaboration tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, focusing on delivering results and driving continuous improvement. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to the oil and gas industry.
