Report by Hyperscaler fleet / Services / Cloud Accounts / Apps) for enhanced triaging and assessment of system impacts (Ex. global / regional outage) AWS AWS Observability - New Relic One-step integration approach (for multiple AWS accounts) Database-as-a-service MongoDB Atlas, PDS PostgreSQL, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, AWS - RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB 2 Cloud self-service integration Integrate New Relic golden metrics (KPIs) externally thru API approach with custom cloud self-service portal platform built on the tech stack Kubernetes containers (Django/NextJS) 3 Implement New Relic AI Observability - Traditional AI/ML, Custom LLM Apps, Platform AI Ops 4 Implement New Relic SLO/SLI policy across all service health dashboards to measure multiple Cloud hyperscalers hosted IaaS/PaaS services health metrics. 5 Documentation - Create confluence documentation for the milestones 1-4 working with leads.
