Key Responsibilities: Craft and refine reports for senior leaders. Establish and monitor operational metrics/OKRs. Manage internal communications and support key initiatives. Organize and lead learning sessions and team-building activities. Support leadership events and develop knowledge management strategies. Must-Have Qualifications: Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal). Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in team-building and fostering a positive culture. Adaptability and a focus on efficiency and improvement. Proven multitasking and self-motivation skills. Experience with budget oversight. Bachelors Degree and 5+ years in software development. Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools (Teams, Confluence, SharePoint, etc.). Agile methodology experience. Consulting experience with firms like Accenture, EY, or PWC.
