In this role, you will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and operations teams to develop scalable solutions for developing and deploying ML / LLM models and AI systems. WebRTC, ffmpeg, OpenCV, Linux video drivers, Badger key-value DB, REST API development, good concurrent programming skills MetaMask and Masca wallet Golang, TypeScript (React or Next.js), Python, Rust Key Responsibilities: GPU Orchestration: Leverage GPU resources for model training and inferencing using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and platforms such as Run.ai. Model Management: Utilize HuggingFace and MLflow to manage, track, and version machine learning models, ensuring consistency and reproducibility across environments. Kubernetes & Docker: Develop and deploy scalable, containerized ML services using Kubernetes and Docker, ensuring reliable deployment pipelines for LLMs and other ML models. API Development: Build FastAPI-based microservices and RESTful APIs for serving models and handling inference requests. Version Control: Maintain robust version control practices using Git, ensuring proper tracking of code, configurations, and model changes. Collaboration & Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ML system deployment with DevOps best practices and document workflows thoroughly for future maintenance. Key Qualifications: MLOps: Proven experience in MLOps practices, particularly in the training and inference stages of machine learning models. Hands-on experience with GPUs and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience using the HuggingFace model repository and associated Python libraries. Proficiency in MLflow for model tracking and lifecycle management. DevOps: Solid experience in Kubernetes and Docker image development. Strong proficiency in FastAPI microservice development and RESTful API integration. Familiarity with Git-based version control systems. Programming: 5+ years of programming experience with Python (versions 3.9+), adhering to PEP-8 or higher coding standards. Familiarity with Pydantic for data validation, with knowledge of version 2.0 being a plus. Experience with Visual Studio (preferred) or Eclipse for software development.
