Accounting/Finance degrees, accounting experience prior to SAP Job Description: As a Senior Consultant for S/4HANA Solutions, you will play a crucial role in delivering SAP S/4HANA solutions. You will be responsible for guiding our clients through their SAP S/4HANA transformation journey, ensuring the alignment of SAP solutions with their business objectives, and establishing client as the partner of choice for SAP digital transformations. This is a Lead role. Consultant will have a team of 4 or 5 supporting them. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Solution Development: Client Engagement and Advisory: Project Leadership and Management: Risk Management and Quality Assurance: Change Management and Training: Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. An MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred. Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a proven track record of successful SAP S/4HANA implementations across core modules. Certifications: SAP S/4HANA certification(s) in relevant module(s) highly valued. Skills: Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA core module FICO. Strong leadership and project management skills, capable of supporting all functions within FICO on complex SAP implementation projects. Exceptional client engagement and communication skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor. Experience in Risk Management, Quality Assurance, And Change Management Processes. A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest SAP S/4HANA developments. Previous Accounting background like CPA or Finance/Accounting degrees is highly preferred.
