Skills needed are: 1. Must have at least 6 to 15 years of experience working as Technical Business Analyst 2. Must have functional knowledge of Payroll, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Grants and Contracts and Financial Planning and analysis systems. 3. Skilled in business analysis and document the existing process 4. Conduct JAD sessions with the business users to consolidate the new requirements 5. Interact with the development team to document current systems and document business requirements for a new system. 6.
