| Job Title: Product Owner Fort Worth, TX(Hybrid local only) USC, GC and H4-EAD Key Responsibilities: #### 1. Product Vision and Strategy: - Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the companys goals and customer needs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements and features. #### 2. Consensus Buil ding: - Facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consensus on product goals and priorities. - Mediate conflicts and negotiate trade-offs to achieve a balanced and agreed-upon product roadmap. #### 3. Product Development: - Create and maintain detailed product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features. - Monitor and evaluate product performance, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement. #### 4. Stakeholder Engagement: - Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product status and progress. - Conduct product demonstrations and gather feedback to refine and enhance product offerings. #### 5. Airline Industry Expertise: - Leverage experience in the airline industry to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that may impact product development. 6.
