The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SailPoint IdentityNow solutions to streamline identity and access management processes across the organization. This role requires extensive hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow, coupled with strong knowledge of IAM best practices, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityNow solutions, including workflows, policies, and integrations, to meet organizational identity and access management (IAM) requirements. Configure and customize IdentityNow connectors to integrate with various enterprise applications, such as Active Directory, databases, SaaS applications, and cloud environments. Develop and maintain automated processes for user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certifications. Perform integration and API-based customizations to enable seamless workflows and improve access management. Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand identity governance requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), policies, and access certifications within IdentityNow to support compliance initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint IdentityNow, including performance, provisioning errors, and system integrations. Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of IdentityNow by conducting regular system health checks, patch management, and upgrades. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for workflows, configurations, and processes. Support access reviews, audits, and reporting requirements by developing reporting solutions within IdentityNow.Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow development and implementation. Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including provisioning, access certification, and governance. Experience with RBAC, policies, and workflows within SailPoint IdentityNow. Proficiency in developing custom workflows and integrating APIs (REST/SOAP) for access management solutions. Solid understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, and other directory services. Familiarity with security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IdentityNow connectors, integrations, and user provisioning. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Preferred Skills: Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or other IAM tools. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with Java, BeanShell, XML, and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements such as SOX, GDPR, or HIPAA.
