Education Requirements: A BA in Graphic Design or 5 years of relevant experience. Years of Experience Required: 3-6 years. Job Function Summary: The Graphic Designer ensures every customer-facing communication product aligns with PGEs brand promise. Key Responsibilities: Manage creative projects from concept to completion with attention to detail, deadlines, and adherence to PGEs strategic direction. Develop collateral for various assignments/projects while maintaining consistent brand standards and staying current with creative trends. Collaborate with clients and teams to assess project requirements and establish timelines, ensuring appropriate visual, content, and animated elements are included. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., designers, copywriters, photographers) to deliver on projects. Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities): Functional Competencies: Intermediate knowledge of graphic design, content creation, and audio/visual principles. Understanding of user interface design and digital graphics. Proficiency in design software and print/digital production. Ability to develop and maintain file organization and archiving systems.
