Please review our job opening below and kindly send us the updated resume ASAP along with the details of consultants; Please add [email protected] in your distribution list Role : Clinical Scientist / Data Scientist Location: 100% Remote Duration: Contract Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Contractor with a strong background in data science and domain expertise in healthcare , particularly in Oncology Clinical Pathways and NCCN Guidelines . This role involves feature extraction, data exploration, and analysis to support predictive modeling and insights. Key Responsibilities: Data Exploration & Feature Extraction : Analyze and extract key features from structured and unstructured data sources, including Oncology Clinical Pathways, research papers, abstracts, and clinical guidelines, to drive predictive models. Data Analysis : Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and develop meaningful insights from healthcare datasets, utilizing both clinical and real-world data. Data Integration : Collect, clean, integrate, and organize structured and unstructured data, preparing datasets for analysis and model development. NLP for Unstructured Data (Preferred) : Leverage Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to extract information from unstructured text such as study abstracts, transforming them into structured features or vectors for machine learning models. UI Development (Preferred) : Develop user-friendly interfaces for data exploration and analysis using tools like Tableau, Python Streamlit, Dash, or RShiny, ideally within the Domino platform. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics, Health Informatics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in data science, in a healthcare or life sciences context. Understanding of Oncology, Clinical Pathways, and NCCN Guidelines to interpret industry-specific data effectively. Proficiency in Python or R for feature extraction, data analysis, and machine learning, with experience in using data science libraries Please provide me your updated resume.
