| Role - Azure Cloud Security Engineer Visa - US Citizenship required Location - Irving, TX (Hybrid or 100% Remote Central Time) Azure application and infrastructure security is essential! Our client is a leading innovator is seeking a top-tier Senior Azure Cloud Security Engineer to join their growing team. About the Role: We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced security professional to play a key role in safeguarding the cloud environment. You will collaborate with engineers, developers, and security professionals across the organization to implement and maintain a robust cloud security posture. Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain security controls for our Azure cloud environment. - Partner with DevSecOps and DevOps teams to integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle. - Develop and implement security policies and procedures for infrastructure and application security. - Conduct security assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities. - Stay up to date on the latest cloud security threats and technologies. - Respond to security incidents and implement remediation plans. - Develop and maintain security automation using scripting languages. (Python, Bash, PowerShell etc.) - Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus. Qualifications: - Experience in Azure security engineering. - Strong understanding of DevSecOps and DevOps methodologies. - Experience with infrastructure security, application security, and enterprise security best practices. - Proficiency in scripting languages for security automation.
