Associate should be able to take the requirements from business, understand and coordinate with development team and validate the results. Associate should be validating requirements against Guidewire claims center behavior. Associate need to involve in requirements gathering sessions, need to attend design hours with architects and development team, should attend defect triage meeting with QA and dev team and should be capable of triaging the defects Competencies: Guidewire : ClaimCenter - Domain, Claims Management Property and Casualty Experience (Years): 8-10 Essential Skills: Associate should have complete understanding of P&C Claims system. Associate must have exceptional knowledge in SQL. associate need to have hands on experience in Jira, Business Analysis. And associate should have strong communication skills. Desirable Skills: Having Guidewire claims center business knowledge is added advantage.
