| Job Description: Automation Engineer (SpecFlow) - .NET Please share the candidate only matching this JD Location: Chandler, AZ/Raleigh, NC Company: Mphasis Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer with a strong background in . NET and BDD frameworks to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test suites using SpecFlow and Selenium WebDriver to ensure the quality of our software applications. You will also play a key role in collaborating with developers and other testers to improve our automation practices and knowledge. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites covering UI, API, and backend functionality using SpecFlow and Selenium WebDriver. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a robust automation framework leveraging open-source tools like Selenium WebDriver and SpecFlow. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Git. Debug and troubleshoot automated test scripts. Identify and select automation test cases based on client requirements. Analyze test results and identify potential issues with the software. Provide automation expertise, training, and coaching to team members. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automation methodologies and tools. Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and ensure effective test coverage. Advocate for the use of automation tools and best practices within the organization. Qualifications: Minimum 8+ years of experience in building automated solutions using .NET languages. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Extensive experience with SpecFlow for BDD-style test automation. In-depth knowledge of Selenium WebDriver for web UI testing. Experience with API testing tools like REST Sharp. Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and Git source control. Working knowledge of Jenkins, GitHub, or similar tools. Familiarity with microservice architecture is a plus. Experience with Postman and/or SOAP UI is a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
