| From: saurav thainua, vyze inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Sr. Oracle PL/SQL Developer Location: Downtown Houston, TX (Onsite) Duration: 24 + Month Interview: Initially Virtual (and final on-site interview with their team as a cultural fit) Must Have: Must HAVE LinkedIn profile Need Local to Houston candidate only ORACLE APPLICATIONS DEVELOPER: This will be a contract duration of 12-24 months and candidates MUST be willing to work ON-SITE Monday-Friday. Client has made it clear they need candidates who have current core development work with PL/SQL. Client will be looking for a candidate who can do the core development on applications and handle packages, procedures, etc. Candidates MUST be able to discuss where they have done Custom Development WITHOUT using Informatica, Cognos, etc. Must have Skill Set Minimum of 8 years and maximum of 10 years of working experience in total Strong PL/SQL Development Skills Proficient in database development utilizing partitions, dbms jobs, packages, procedures, function and Oracle user defined types Strong SQL and PL/SQL tuning skills Data analysis skills to debug, trace, and fix performance problems Preferred Skill Sets Familiarity with Oracle Exadata Familiarity with SingleStore/ Mysql is a big plus Experience with Python, exposure to DB connect libs and others like requests, json, pandas etc Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science Oil and Gas Industry experience , will be a strong preference Good written and oral communication skills Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science Oil and Gas Industry experience Good written and oral communication skills Keywords: database information technology procedural language Texas Sr. Oracle PL SQL Developer [email protected] |
