Must have Min 12 yrs Exp and Max 15 yrs Responsibilities: Collaborates with Solution Architects to ensure alignment of solution with Enterprise Reference Architecture (ERA) Collaborates with Technical Leads across organization to ensure reusability of framework and solution components Collaborates with Solution Architects, Enterprise Product Support and Product support to ensure Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) are implemented in alignment with the ERA Collaborates with Product Team to identify dependencies and risks associated with the solution options and proposes appropriate mitigation strategies Ensures quality and maintainability of solution by applyingthe client'sdevelopment standards, leading code reviews and ensuring good test coverage Ensures best practices for secure development are implemented and followed by the Team. Partners with Solution Architects to formulate & execute performance testing strategy and leads remediation effort to address issues Partners with Solution Architects, Release Management and Enterprise Product Support Teams to strategize, plan and Lead the transition to support Responsible for immediate response to production program issues. Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of development experience in Java and 5 years in NodeJS Minimum of 3 years of Technical Lead experience Advanced knowledge of Agile software development methodologies Advanced knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) Advanced knowledge of Coding Best Practices and practical experience doing code reviews Able to analyze large, complex, and vague Business or technical problems, articulating the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into viable solution recommendations. Able to work effectively in a strong Customer service / team oriented environment. Able to take on multiple assignments, whether administrative or project related, while maintaining a successful level of completion in all responsible work. Able to mentor others to do the same. Able to prioritize effectively. Able to develop, present and effectively communicate ideas and strategies to a variety of audiences. Able to teach and mentor others concerning technical and business subjects. Able to manage ambiguity in a positive manner. Strong experience with Angular Proficient in Java and framework such as Collections, Threads, Lambdas etc Experience with REST services using Java/J2EE, Spring and Amazon Web Services Experience with various AWS services like S3, SQS, SNS, Lambdas, ECS, EC2, DynamoDB, RDS (Oracle/Aurora) Proficiency with Java 8/11, core Spring framework, Hibernate/JPA, Git, Linux, application servers. Experience with distributed message or stream processing frameworks in a cloud environment. Experience with REST API Implementations using JAXRS, Apache CXF etc. Proficient with Testing framework such as Junit, Jbehave/Cucumber Experience with Code analysis tools such as SonarQube, Jacoco, Veracode etc. Experience with the build language Gradle, Maven. Experience with CI/CD Pipeline and build tools like Jenkins (Gitlab is plus) Experience with source code control, preferably Git.
