Proficiency in designing and prototyping in Figma Strong typographic and data visualization skills Strong communication skills BFA in Design or a related field preferred Must work from Downtown Houston location 5 days per week Requirements: Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to design intuitive, usable, and engaging mobile experiences. Gather requirements and analyze data to inform design decisions. Quickly iterate on design solutions based on feedback and changing requirements, ensuring the final product meets user needs and business goals. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions. Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and user-centered design approach. Ability to travel (~once/month) with team as needed, depending on project requirements. Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback on design iterations and refine solutions based on user feedback. Create and maintain design documentation and specification to hand off to development team. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented design team.
