Title: Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Multiple locations in a Hybrid setting (SF Bay Area, Atlanta, GA, Austin, TX, Beaverton OR, Boston MA, Boulder CO, Chicago IL, Cincinnati OH, Dallas TX, Denver CO, New York NY, Philadelphia PA, Salt Lake City UT, Seattle WA, Washington DC Experience: 6+ years Duration: Long Term Project Description : expertise: Working part of the Customer experience team AND/OR working on a Salesforce service cloud project Define, document, and maintain business processes, requirements, and policies. Manage and support operations related initiatives identified by CX org. Identify opportunities for business process improvements and make recommendations as appropriate. Work with team to understand and prioritize field requests. Manage the queue to provide prompt support to end users including consulting ecosystem to resolve issues and address questions. System testing of new functionality or bug fixes. Requirements: Bachelors degree in business systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent. 3+ years in Salesforce.com system experience is preferred Salesforce admin or equivalent certification required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization as well as collaborate with cross-functional business partners and technical teams. Ability to gather and transfer requirements from stakeholders into an action plan and deliver on that action plan leveraging internal systems as needed.
