Role : Radiology Industry Expert and Business Analyst Duration : Long term Contract Location: Bridgewater NJ - Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance on radiology practices, technologies, and industry trends to support strategic decision-making. Advise on the development and implementation of radiology policies, procedures, and standards. Assist in identifying and evaluating new technologies and solutions to improve diagnostic imaging and patient outcomes. Analyze and optimize radiology workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and quality of care. Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including safety protocols and accreditation requirements. Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to address operational challenges and improve service delivery. Work with IT teams and vendors to facilitate the integration and implementation of new technologies. Develop and deliver training programs and educational materials for radiology staff on new technologies, techniques, and best practices. Serve as a liaison between radiology departments, management, and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and technology vendors. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Medical Imaging, or a related field. Advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in radiology, with a strong track record of expertise in diagnostic imaging, technology evaluation, and operational optimization. Proven experience in a leadership or advisory role within a radiology or healthcare setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in radiology information systems (RIS), picture archiving and communication systems (PACS), and other related technologies.
