Role: Support Engineer Provides organizational or development support from initial concept through completion phases of the project with minimal supervision. Provides support for engineers and recommendations on design approaches, layout, and parameters for large projects with minimal guidance. Installs, upgrades, configures, and helps operate company products and/or components based on specifications, tolerances and reliability. Monitors product performance, analyzes moderately complex failures or malfunctions, and suggests corrective action. Gathers, integrates, and interprets data and information from various sources and stakeholders to understand moderately complex specifications and develop solutions. Manages and/or executes on own project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for small to mid-sized projects.
