The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Architectural Design: Design scalable and robust ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and align with best practices. Ensure the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems as needed. Implementation: Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM. Oversee the configuration, customization, and deployment of the platform. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather and refine requirements. Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities and constraints. Solution Development: Develop and document technical designs, data models, workflows, and integration strategies. Ensure solutions are developed with high quality and are compliant with company standards. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow implementations. Identify and address potential issues before they impact end-users. Governance and Compliance: Ensure that ServiceNow solutions adhere to governance, compliance, and security policies. Implement and enforce best practices for data integrity and platform usage. Training and Support: Provide training and support to ServiceNow administrators, developers, and end-users. Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base resources. Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases and industry trends. Recommend new features and enhancements to improve system functionality and user experience. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) are preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with ServiceNow, including at least 3 years in an architectural or lead role. Proven track record in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions. Technical Skills: Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM modules. Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and configuration. Experience with integration tools and technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.). Knowledge of relational databases, web services, and application integration patterns.
