Excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations Working closely with a large teams to deliver results for the client Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and SuccessFactors modules covered Expertise in providing Consulting Services to the Global organizations in HCM Best Practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design in compliance with the Best Practices Expertise in blueprint designs, System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts and support UAT Performing Cut-over, Go-live, support Hypercare and documentation for Knowledge Transition Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned client project managers to develop the scope, strategy, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and governance for the project 8-10 years of experience as Solution Architect, Configuration, and Implementation of SuccessFactors modules Incentive Management expertise 10+ Years of experience require.
