The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and implementing Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to optimize Salesforce usage, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities : Gather and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration and functionality. Design and optimize Salesforce workflows to improve business processes. Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making. Provide ongoing support and training for Salesforce users. Requirements : Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its capabilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Local to the area with a valid driver's license. Able to work onsite 1-2 days a week (no remote option).
