Looking to hire a contingent worker to support the Enterprise Orchestration team with the capabilities of a combination Product Owner and Scrum Master skills. The Scrum Master is ultimately responsible for ensuring the Agile Team has what it needs to be a high-performing agile force focused on delivering value. The Scrum Master is the Agile Team's coach and facilitates the team's advancement through being a subject matter expert in agile, driving continuous process improvement, and resolving blockers. An effective Scrum Master prevents requests from going directly to Agile Team members and therefore maximizes the team's ability to do what it does best. The PO acts as a strong informal, dotted-line leader and mentor to the Agile team through effective two-way communication, helping employees learn new skills, identifying and managing resistance and being an advocate.
