Technical Support Skills: Experience providing technical support in a manufacturing environment. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. System Configuration: Assist in the setup and configuration of AVEVA MES software to meet specific manufacturing needs. User Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users to resolve issues related to the MES. Training: Train staff on how to use the MES effectively, ensuring they understand its features and functionalities. Integration: Work with IT teams to integrate AVEVA MES with other systems (like ERP, SCADA). Monitoring and Maintenance: Regularly monitor system performance and apply updates or patches as needed. Documentation: Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and support procedures.
