Role: Power Apps Developer Location: Remote Duration: Long term Contract Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Power Apps Developer with experience in the manufacturing and power utility domains to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, customizing, and maintaining Power Apps solutions. This role involves tweaking existing applications to enhance functionality, improve user experience, and ensure integration with other systems, while also focusing on licensing and governance aspects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Dataverse. Familiarity with APIs and integration concepts Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in developing and customizing Power Apps and Microsoft Power Platform, with specific experience in the manufacturing and power utility domains. Licensing Knowledge : Experience with Power Platform licensing models and governance best practices. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps solutions that meet business requirements specific to the manufacturing and power utility sectors. Analyze and modify existing Power Apps to improve functionality, performance, and user experience. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes within manufacturing and power utilities. Ensure seamless integration of Power Apps with other Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Flow). Manage licensing requirements and ensure compliance with governance policies related to Power Apps usage. Conduct testing to ensure applications are functioning as intended and meet quality standards. Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and processes.
