In-depth understanding of Core HR processes, configurations, and best practices. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. Proven experience in providing support for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or upgrades. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Oracle Fusion HCM certifications (e.g., Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred. Experience with Oracle Support processes and tools are a plus. ===================================================================== Role: Gen AI Architect Location: Raritan, NJ Bachelor/masters degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field with 15+ years of experience Should be from premier institute like IIT, NIT or equal. 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing Generative AI models, with a strong understanding of techniques such as GPT, T5 and BERT Experience with LLMs OpenAI GPT and others Experience in latest GenAI application development frameworks Project management and governance experience preferred. Candidates with Technical and management skills given stronger preference. Experience with handling customers at SLT and VP level. Proficiency in Python and have 8+ years of experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras Experience in developing Fast API and documentations Experience working with SQL, NoSQL, Elastic, Files etc. Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles 8+ years of experience with advanced natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools, such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face ===================================================================== Role: Data Ingestion lead - Onsite Location: Raritan, NJ Project objectives: Ingest Clinical Operations source system data to d evelop curated data models and products for Global Development / CODI domain. Agile methodology will be utilized to design, build, and test data model and products for CODI use cases: Skills: Design the data models and products that have been prioritized by the client CODI team. Coordinate with Client Global Development team to get sign-off version of the Business Requirement Document (BRD) which will have list of in-scope datasets and business rules to be applied. Create/update data models, and Data Dictionary document. Develop and implement processes for ingesting data from Clinical Operations source systems into Snowflake. System Integration Testing Create test scenarios, and test cases for system integrations testing (SIT) of defined requirements. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support Client CODI team with Authoring defined test scripts.
