This role requires expertise in full cycle Workday integrations within an AWS environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday's integration architecture and design, along with hands-on experience with AWS development tools. This position demands a strategic thinker capable of managing complex system integrations and optimizing Workday processes. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations, ensuring seamless data flow across systems. Lead and manage multiple full-cycle Workday integration projects from conception to completion. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Utilize AWS tools, including Lambdas and Glue jobs, for integration and data transformation tasks. Work with Workday Prism Analytics and Accounting Center to integrate and manage financial data. Provide system integration architecture and design expertise for Workday environments. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly to maintain system integrity and performance. Ensure compliance with best practices for Workday integration development and AWS security. Primary Skills: Extensive experience with Workday integrations, including custom and standard integrations. Proven experience working in an AWS environment, specifically with AWS development tools (e.g., Lambdas, Glue jobs). Secondary Skills: Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Accounting Center. Strong knowledge of system integration architecture and design for Workday. Familiarity with AWS services and best practices for cloud-based integration solutions. Qualifications: Minimum 10+ years of experience in Workday integrations and system architecture. Demonstrated experience in managing full-cycle integration projects. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
