(AMEX) We are seeking an experienced Product Owner/Product Manager to join our team and drive innovative solutions that enhance our product offerings. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure product alignment and successful execution. Requirements Gathering: Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and customers, leveraging your understanding of industry trends and user needs. Agile Methodology: Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure timely and effective product delivery. Backlog Management: Maintain a well-defined product backlog, ensuring it reflects current priorities and stakeholder needs. Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future iterations. Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation. Customer Focus: Gather user feedback and insights to continuously improve the product and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a strong preference for candidates with prior experience at American Express. Agile Expertise: Proven experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technology and product development processes; experience in financial services is a plus. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
